Hi Everyone

We are soon going to launch a new app for all things Padel at the Club. We are currently working away in the background getting all this ready for you and bookings will start being made on the new system from 5th October.

This means members will have access to the system from 21st September for court bookings and all players will be able to book socials, coaching etc from this date also. As usual court bookings for non members will be released 5 days ahead of 5th October.

What do you need to do?

Next week you will receive an email asking you to download the new app and "activate" your account. It is very important that you choose to "activate" rather than simply setting up a new account so your data can be seamlessly transferred over to your profile. 

Player Levels:

The levels on the new system will differ slightly so, in the migration across, you may find that your level has changed every so slightly and yes it may well go down. This is nothing to worry about as the same movement will have happened to all other players as well. 

Migration of Data:

We will be uploading your balances, level rates, personal data etc onto the new system for you. All you need to do is click your activation link. The one piece of data that we cannot migrate across however is your friends list. Once you are on the new system you will need to friend request other players to add them to your circle.
